  • Tender breakdowns
  • Management of air monitoring and analytical work on site (by arrangement)

Asbestos Management Plans

Regulation 4 of The Control of Asbestos Regulation 2012 (CAR 2012) states that all duty holders of non domestic properties must keep and maintain a management plan for the asbestos in their buildings. This plan is based on the information found within the asbestos survey report and contains the following information:

  • Policies and procedures for emergencies, refurbishments, day-to-day operations and for less usual work or
  • Key asbestos information
  • Risk assessments of each occurrence of asbestos
  • Action plan
  • Monitoring & re-inspection regimes
  • Training requirements
  • Roles & responsibilities
  • Duties of the Asbestos Coordinator

At J&M Environmental we have trained individuals who will meet with the client to discuss their asbestos management arrangements, and then through discussion develop a plan that will manage and control the asbestos hazard within their properties, we will review your plan every 6-12 months (to comply with HSE guidance) or as and when legislation changes.
